Honor: Have Honor in every job you do, and do it to the best of your abilities, no matter how feeble the job. Have integrity and don't discard the Core Values.
Courage: Have the courage to do what is right and stand up for Starfleets and your own Values.
Commitment: Be committed to Starfleet, your job, your ship, your shipmates and yourself.
Pride: Be faithful and prideful to the fact that you are in Starfleet and do your best in every day work as well as any bumps you encounter on the way in your career.
Responsibility: Be Responsible for your self and those under you, set a good example of your followers and don't ask them to do something you wouldn't do.
Accountability: Except the consequences of your actions as well as those of the people under your command, don't try to take the easy way out or point fingers.
